Join us on line for some simple light movements (can be done on a chair or lying down) exercises, self-shiatsu (mindful body contact using hands, fingers and thumbs and acupressure points), breathing exercises and guided meditation as well as tuning into and connecting with eachother at the beginning and the end. Everyone needs a wee breather right? Especially when we’re dealing with life under the cloud of COVID and the lockdowns. This is your time every week to enjoy some guided relaxation and just let go.
