A message from our CEO, Jonny Kinross,

‘This winter, we are acutely aware of people in Edinburgh who are lonely and isolated and those who suffer from poverty and mental illness. There are many who have nowhere to call home.

‘This festive season we want to be able to give them hope and assure them that The Grassmarket Community Project will still be here into the new year, to provide support, encouragement, a listening ear and hot meal whenever they need it.

‘Your generosity is the bedrock of our charity.

‘We are asking you to donate to our Christmas Appeal 2022, either for yourself or on behalf of a loved one. Your donations will help transform lives. Thank you.’

Pays for a vulnerable adult to attend a class and learn a new skill, a 2 course hot meal and support.

£25 Donation

Pays for an online course for one of our pre-apprentices to formalise their skills alongside the practical support they already receive from the Project.

£50 Donation

Pays for 20 homeless people to receive a hot 3 course meal and support.

£100 Donation

Pays for a person who has experienced life-changing trauma to have 4 one to one counselling sessions.
