APEX-1132 is a concentrated roof rejuvenation treatment for aging asphalt shingles. Each gallon of concentrate covers 1,200 square feet. It is formulated to help restore shingle flexibility, improve granule adhesion, and support longer roof service life as shingles age from UV exposure, heat, and oxidation. This water-based, low-odor formula is mixed 5:1 with water and applied by spray applicator. Typical application guidance is 200 square feet per gallon of the diluted product. Under typical conditions, the treatment is tack free in about 30 minutes, allows foot traffic in about 1 hour, and reaches full cure in 1 to 2 hours. APEX-1132 is intended for preventive maintenance of asphalt shingle roofs and dries clear without leaving a heavy visible coating.
