MOOGCO Organic Cotton Futon Mattress Topper Pad A simple, natural sleeping surface for babies. This futon pad is sewn with a GOTS certified 100 percent organic cotton fabric cover and filled with GOTS certified 100 percent organic cotton stuffing, with no dyes used on the fill. It is made without flame retardant chemicals and without boric acid. Each pad is 1.5 inches thick and firm yet comfortable, offering a natural alternative to foam. Use it on its own or place it on top of an existing mattress pad for extra comfort and padding in a Moses basket, bassinet, cradle, crib or another piece you want to line. Tufting, the sewn dimples you see across the surface, keeps the cotton stuffing from shifting so the pad holds its shape through regular use. How to choose your size Measure the length and the width of the inside bottom of your basket, cradle, crib or other item. Then select the mattress size in inches from the size menu, and select the letter that matches the futon shape you need from the shape reference photo. Important sizing note The futon pad is made 2 inches larger than the size selected. For example, a 30 by 15 order arrives at 32 by 17. This allowance is included so the pad can shrink to the ordered size after machine washing and drying. Please wash and dry the pad before first use. Care Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle in cold water. Dry on medium heat and allow the pad to dry completely before use. About unbleached organic cotton It is common to find small dark particles in unbleached organic cotton that has not undergone heavy chemical treatment. These are remaining bits of the cotton seed coat and are a sign of a natural, minimally processed material.
