12 Days of GCP Christmas Appeal

In January, we warmly welcomed the new year. Throughout the year, GCP welcomes everyone who comes through our doors.
In 2023, we’ve served over 10,000 meals to homeless and vulnerable adults in Edinburgh. Help us to continue this vital service. Just £10 pays for a warm meal for 4 people.

In February, we celebrated love in all its forms. Love and Respect are cornerstones of our ethos at GCP, as we continue to build and support our inclusive and diverse community.

Help us to continue with our essential work. Just £25 pays an online training course for one of our members.

In March, we celebrated and thanked some of the inspiring women of GCP!

We wouldn’t be here without them, just as we wouldn’t be here without you.

Please give as much as you can to help cover our staff and volunteer training and development.

In April, we sprang into spring! Being in nature, whether walking, gardening or open water swimming, brings huge benefits.

Help us to deliver our Members Outdoor Activities. Just £50 pays for a mini bus so we can take 12 members on a day trip.

In May, we celebrated the power of creativity. From music and dance, to art, creative writing and more, we like to express ourselves here at GCP.

Help us to continue with our Members Creative Programme. £100 pays for a Member to attend 10 creative classes at GCP.

In June, we made our Pride debut. GCP is a diverse, inclusive and creative community. We just can’t help it! BUT your support makes all the difference.

In July, we invited you to our Summer Showcase, celebrating all that we do. There really is something for everyone at GCP.

In September, we put music centre stage, just one of the many creative activities that help our Members connect, express themselves and boost health and wellbeing.

In October, we highlighted GCP’s essential work with literacy. We are here to help our Members build confidence and improve their reading and writing skills.

Please support our team to deliver this essential Members Service. It costs just £50 for a member to attend 5 classes.

In November, we celebrated learning from life and each other!

From our pre-apprenticeship programme to gardening, from make and mend to learning to dance or play an instrument, and so much more.
