VACANCY: Music Session Worker

We are now recruiting for a Music Session Worker to work with the members of the project and run a weekly Music For All group.

Role Purpose
To engage with a variety of different people from all walks of life with varying and different needs. The worker must be able to develop the skills of each individual and in turn create an environment in which they can raise their self-esteem with a person-centred approach. This is a member led project with members deciding in most instances how they would like the group to proceed. Must be experienced working with vulnerable and challenging groups. You will lead a group of 8-15 members with a range of capabilities. You will ordinarily have an assistant lead volunteer or more experienced member of the group to support you.
